2012 MBL Science Journalism Program
The Science Journalism Program at the MBL, now in its 26th year, provides professional science journalists, editors, and broadcast journalists with a chance to forget about story deadlines and the latest breakthroughs, and instead immerse themselves in the process of basic biomedical and environmental research. Room, board, lab fees, and most travel are covered for accepted fellows.
The program offers science journalists the choice between two introductory intensive laboratory courses:
For Science/Health Journalists - Biomedical Hands-On Laboratory Course or For Environmental Journalists - Environmental Hands-On Laboratory Course
May 16-25, 2012 Application deadline: March 1, 2012
