The deadline for receipt of dues and the Authors Coalition survey is January 31. If you need your new membership card in a hurry (say, for a certain meeting in mid-February), please keep in mind that renewals can take up to 3 weeks to process, so pay early. Incomplete renewals are processed last. So, don't forget to include your payment (it happens!), and remember to send in the form even if you paid via PayPal.

Curious if you have already paid? Please do not call or write to inquire, as we cannot look this up for you during this busy season. Check your financial records.

Remember that we need your answers on the Authors Coalition survey. Returned surveys determine funding received that we use for important NASW programs and special projects.

The nominating committee will be convening in February to select a slate of candidates for members-at-large on the NASW board of directors. Elections will be held at the end of the year. If you would like to submit a name for consideration, please write director@nasw.org to that effect.
