Derek Boogaard scored three goals in six National Hockey League seasons but was paid $1.6 million per year. How did he do it? Wow, John Branch did such an incredible job with this story. I read it and watched the video twice. The hockey scene is not an environment with which I am that familiar but, for some reason, I could not stop reading this story.
