NASW 2004 Seattle Registration

You'll need your nasw.org username and password to reach the workshops registration page. If you don't remember your password, contact Bob Finn at cybrarian@nasw.org. If you never applied for access to the member's sections of the NASW web site, go to http://www.nasw.org/ and select "Register for Access." Your request for access will be approved within 48 hours and you'll be sent a password via email.

Final registration deadline is January 15, 2004. Sorry, no late registrations can be accepted.

There are a limited number of openings for non-NASW members to attend the Thursday workshops. For those people, the fee is $230 for early registration and $260 for late registration. Please contact our NASW executive director Diane McGurgan to register. You will need to register online using the administrative only option and payment needs to go directly to Diane McGurgan. She will need your credit card company and the number, name, and expiration date as it appears on the card.

Final registration for non-NASW members is January 15, 2004.

NASW Workshop registration and events are located at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center (which is also the site of AAAS), 800 Convention Place, Seattle. Please report to the Washington State Convention and Trade Center for pre-registered sign-in, nametags, and workshop locations. Sorry, no walk-in registration will be permitted; attendees must have registered in advance.

If you are unable to complete on-line registration, email workshops@nasw.org or fax 608-259-9989 with your name, address, phone number, fax number, amount of payment, credit card type, credit card number, credit card expiration date, breakout panel session choices, and affiliation for name tag. You will receive registration confirmation.

Cancellation and refund requests must be made no later than January 15, 2004 and will be assessed a $25 processing fee. Substitutions can be made by emailing workshops@nasw.org with substitute by January 31, 2004. Refunds will be issued after the workshops. Sorry, no exceptions.

NASW workshops are open to NASW members and invited speakers only.

Please bring and be prepared to show a government-issued photo ID. You should also display your workshop badge at all events.
