The sequester and budget cuts are well underway now, but that hasn’t stopped people from making age-old recommendations for cutting even more money out of the federal budget: reduce Medicare benefits, or start charging people who get the benefits more for their premiums and co-pays. Or just get rid of Medicare altogether.
