NASW and I will be moving to West Virginia at the end of May/early June. Please be patient during this transition and bear with me during any unforeseen downtime for mail, phone, e-mail, etc. NASW will operate as usual, only in a new location-outside of N.Y. for the first time ever. Effective June 2002, the
NASW mailing address will be P.O. Box 890, Hedgesville, WV 25427.

Moving sale on workshop tapes

I don't want to move 'em, so workshop tapes from 1998, 1999, and 2000 are $l.00 each, while supply lasts, and 2001 tapes are $5.00 each. Send your check to NASW, P.O. Box 294, Greenlawn, NY 11740. See the workshop list at nasw.org for available topics.

Awards

The NASW Science-In-Society Awards deadline is July l; the CASW-Victor Cohn Award in Medical Science Writing deadline is July 31. NOTE: Don't risk
your entry getting lost or arriving past the deadline. Send your entry to the new NASW address in West Virginia.

If you send in your dues immediately (to the Greenlawn address) you might still make the roster. If not, you will be dropped from membership in June.

Candidate bios due

This is an election year and all candidates should submit bios/campaign statements (first person, 150-200 words) for the summer ScienceWriters issue. Send to Lynne Friedmann at lfriedmann@nasw.org. DEADLINE: June 1.
