You should have received your 2001 NASW Membership Directory by now. If your name is missing, that means your dues arrived after the deadline to be included.

CASW New Horizons

The annual CASW New Horizons in Science Briefing takes place Nov. 4-8 at Arizona State University in Tempe. Program and registration information will be mailed in August. A limited number of travel fellowships are available. Presentation of the Victor Cohn Science/Medical Writing Award takes place on Nov. 5.

Insurance

Anyone interested in health insurance and liability insurance should check nasw.org/NASW/benefitdetails.htm. Some of companies have expanded their policies to more states and more areas.

Clearance Sale

While they last, tapes of the 1998, 1999, and 2000 NASW workshops are available at half price ($5/each). Visit the NASW home page (nasw.org) for links to workshop programs for those years.
