Established in 1934, the National Association of Science Writers, Inc., is the largest organization of science journalists in the U.S. With more than 2,500 members and 12,000 unique visitors to our website each month, our new ScienceWriters digital newsletter ensures a focused audience perfect for trade advertising.
Ads are currently limited to one per newsletter for maximum attention.
Price:
- $550 for one issue
- $880 (20% discount) for two consecutive issues
- $1,320 (20% discount) for three consecutive issues
Ads must be in JPG format, 72 dpi min., and must measure 600 pixels wide and 120 pixels high. Ads may automatically adjust their sizes to fit mobile device screens. If you want our members to be redirected to your web page when they click on your ad, please provide a target URL.

You will be asked to submit your image ad and link URL via email 10 business days prior to the scheduled send. Reservations may be made up to 6 months ahead. Payment is due at the time of reservation. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for all advertising cancelled 1 month or more ahead of the scheduled send date. A cancellation fee of 100% will be charged for advertising cancelled with less than 1 month's notice.
NASW reserves the right to refuse any advertising deemed inappropriate. Animations will not be approved. Ads not approved will be refunded.
