We look forward to seeing you at our virtual session, which starts at 1 p.m. Eastern on Friday, Feb. 18, on the Remo virtual platform. Please plan to log in at least 15 minutes before the start time, in case there are technical difficulties. Please refer to emails you received previously for the Remo event link.
Here are the mentor/editor—mentee matches and table assignments. Matches will not always be perfectly aligned in terms of areas of interest, but we tried to make accommodations as best as possible. Note that some volunteers are assigned as mentor only, editor only, or as both editor and mentor. Please make note of your role. This is particularly important when a student is matched with more than one volunteer. If you are serving in a mentor-only role and receive questions about the writing assignment, ask students to instead direct those questions to their assigned editor.
Make note of your table number, as this is where you will go in Remo to meet your match. The first digit in your table assignment tells you what floor your table is on. For example, 2:27 means second floor, table 27; and 3:11 means third floor, table 11. In Remo, use the virtual elevator at the left of the page to move between floors.
