All aboard! ScienceWriters2025 program live; grants available

It’s just around the bend: Registration for ScienceWriters2025 opens on Thursday, Sept. 4! Review the program, apply for a grant, and spread the word.

The National Association of Science Writers (NASW) and the Council for the Advancement of Science Writing (CASW) are excited and proud to host ScienceWriters2025 — the annual conference serving science writing professions and professionals in the United States and beyond. In addition to the weekend of in-person events in Chicago, Ill., Nov. 7-9, NASW will also host a virtual-only component on Oct. 22-24.

We are excited to share the ScienceWriters2025 conference program. Visit sciencewriters2025.org/schedule to see what’s in store for Chicago and and online. The annual collection of networking events, professional development sessions, science briefings, and field trips represent the hard work and creativity of your colleagues, friends, and volunteers across the country and globe as well as the support of sponsors who stepped in and stepped up earlier this year when the university hosts cancelled. Sponsorship opportunities, to support core conference underwriting, travel grants, and coffee breaks, remain available. Please help us spread the word by sharing the sponsorship prospectus.
